How Our Service Works

When you call our company, a staff member arranges a visit to your home shortly before you leave when we will:

  • Get acquainted with you and your pets
  • Get detailed information about caring for your pets and home
  • Pick up keys to your home
  • Answer any questions you may have.

During this visit, you decide how often you want your sitter to visit each day you’re away and what services you want performed. An average visit is 20 – 30 minutes, depending on the type of pets and services needed.

While you’re away, we will:

  • Feed and water your pets
  • Provide walks/potty breaks
  • Play with and/or keep your pet company
  • Administer medication, injections, subcutaneous fluids, vitamins, and other special care
  • Scoop the litter box or pooper scoop
  • Get medical treatment in case of illness or injury

We will be happy to water your plants and make your home look “lived-in” by bringing in the mail & newspapers, and adjusting the draperies & lights. Even if you are not leaving home, there may be instances where we can be of service. Unusual working hours or lengthy illnesses may make it difficult to properly care for your pet. Please call to discuss how we may be of help.

Dog Walking

We will include a walk with our daily visits while you’re away, or you can opt to have your pet sitter stop by to provide a walk only, or potty break as necessary to suit your busy work schedule.

Massage Therapy for your dogs and cats

Benefits of massage include:

  • Therapeutic or healing function
  • Helps animals recover from certain injuries
  • Increases circulation, reducing build up of fibrous tissue and adhesions which can make it difficult and painful for the animal to move
  • Helps shy animals to become more trusting
  • Helps hyper-active animals to become more calm
  • Aged or chronically ill animals can be made to feel more secure and comfortable
  • Can be used as an adjunct to other treatments
  • Massage is administered by a licensed massage therapist skilled in both human and pet massage modalities
